Shipping policy

We provide worldwide shipping for all clothing orders. All items will be carefully inspected, folded neatly and packed with protective materials before dispatch to avoid dust, wrinkle, squeezing and damage during transit.

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1–3 working days after payment is confirmed. Weekends and public holidays are not included in processing time. Once your parcel is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email for you to track delivery status anytime.

For international orders, all customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Delivery times are estimated only. Delays may occur due to customs inspection, bad weather, logistics congestion and other situations beyond our control.

If you receive damaged, defective, wrong or missing items, please contact our customer service with your order number and clear photos. We will review your case quickly and provide refund, replacement or other proper after-sales solutions.
